PIA Management Services Inc. has hired Kimberly Csizmadia of Cohoes, N.Y., and Ashley Lillie of Canaan, N.Y. Csizmadia works in the PIA Industry Resource Center, and Lillie works in the Member Services Department.
As the Industry Resource Center (IRC) representative, Csizmadia is responsible for IRC support services, including taking member calls, maintaining data and various member-assistance databases and serving as a primary proofer on departmental material.
As renewal specialist, Lillie is responsible for the renewal of errors and omissions, umbrella and cyber liability coverage to insurance agents in Connecticut, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York and Vermont.
PIA Management Services Inc. is the umbrella corporation that manages the Glenmont, N.Y.-based Professional Insurance Agents. PIACT, PIANH, PIANJ, PIANY and PIAVT is a partnership of five state trade associations representing independent insurance agencies, brokerages and their employees throughout Connecticut, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York and Vermont.
