Arthur Hall Insurance, a West Chester, Penn.-headquartered insurance agency, has announced that Chuck Panetski retired in June 2019 after a 50-year career in the insurance industry.
For the past 21 years, Panetski has served as a senior account manager based in Arthur Hall Insurance’s Hockessin, Del., office.
Simultaneously, Arthur Hall Insurance announced the promotion of Monica O’Toole to associate account manager.
O’Toole previously served as a service representative at the agency. In her new role, she will manage and grow the Small Business Unit, provide leadership and direction to the Small Business Unit team, spearhead a Chubb remarketing project, write new business and give account management support to account executives.
