altumAI Appoints Foley to Group Insurance Officer Based in New York City

altumAI, a worker health and safety software and analytics firm, has appointed insurance industry veteran Peter. H. Foley to Group Insurance officer.

Based in New York City, Foley has joined the altumAI executive leadership team to build out the altumAI futureWork solution, which combines its worker health and safety technology for risk avoidance for a new workers’ comp user experience and insurance outcome.

Foley brings more than thirty-five years of financial services experience with a focus on the property and casualty, specialty, accident and health, reinsurance and alternative risk sectors, including 11 years working in London with the responsibility for North America, Europe, Middle East and Far East.

Foley has experience in the design and management of on- and offshore alternative risk companies’ program structures covering a variety of sectors.

The altumAI futureWork solution comes to market with its Connected Risk Platform and apps that predicts and avoids risk at an individual worker level. The aim is an improved workers’ comp insurance outcome through a reduction in frequency and severity of losses.

altumAI was launched in 2017 with a focus on using technology and data to protect worker health and safety. futureWork is a worker health and safety application platform for real-time, mobile-enabled risk awareness, communication and action. futureWork captures and interprets the data that surrounds every worker to identify and avoid risk.
