The Board of Directors of Transatlantic Reinsurance Company, a subsidiary of Transatlantic Holdings, Inc., announced the election of a new director and a number of officers at a regularly scheduled meeting.
The company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Underwriting Officer – Domestic Operations, Michael C. Sapnar, was elected to the Board of Directors of Transatlantic Re.
In addition, the Board elected the following officers:
New York: Richard Henderson – Vice President
Megan Sullivan-McIntyre – Vice President
Timothy Butts – Assistant Vice President
Lisa Moser – Assistant Vice President
William Naftel – Assistant Vice President
Gareth Stanley – Assistant Vice President
Jennifer Vezza – Assistant Vice President & Associate Actuary
Paris: Philip Hough – Vice President
