ACE Limited announced from its headquarters in Zurich that John Keogh, currently the Insurance Chairman of the group’s Overseas General division, has been named to the additional position of Vice Chairman, ACE Limited and ACE Group Holdings.
His responsibilities encompass ACE’s property and casualty and accident and health insurance operations outside North America, which include retail broker-distributed business in Europe, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East and Africa; and wholesale-broker distributed business via a London-based international excess and surplus lines company.
Chairman and CEO Evan G. Greenberg cited the “significant contributions he has made to ACE,” in announcing Keogh’s appointment. He added that it also acknowledges “the important role he will continue to play in our company’s future around the globe.”
Keogh, who has 25 years of property and casualty insurance experience, joined ACE in 2006 in his current role.
