Litmus Analysis Launches New Market Research Operation

UK-based Litmus Analysis announced that Robin Dicks has joined the firm as a Partner in for its new venture “Litmus Research Associates,” which it said it has established “to provide high quality market research and analysis to the global insurance and reinsurance industry, underpinned by a fundamental understanding of how the insurance and reinsurance markets work in practice (and the critical success factors for re/insurers, brokers and other service providers).”

Dicks commented:” Among the hardest challenges in business leadership are to objectively define and measure how well you are doing in the eyes of your clients and markets, how their needs are evolving and where to invest to ensure you best serve those needs.

Litmus Managing Partner Peter Hughes noted Dicks’ “extensive experience in detailed, expertly constructed customer and staff research;” adding that he has “”developed unique approaches for enhancing both board level management information and business opportunity identification. Robin’s background includes senior market and client research positions at RBS, PwC, and S&P along with 8 years running his own highly successful practice.”
