Global broker Cooper Gay Swett & Crawford (CGSC) has appointed three senior officers to its board of directors with immediate effect. Shaun Hooper, CEO of CGSC International, Gordon Newman, CEO of CGNMB and Thomas P Ruggieri, CEO & President of CGSC North America, will join the board of Cooper Gay Swett & Crawford Limited.
Martin Sullivan, executive chairman of CGSC said: “CGSC is fortunate to have a strong global management team. Today’s appointments not only recognize these individuals’ significance to growing our business, but will also facilitate greater collaboration between our board and management on corporate governance and strategic business development.
