As Richardson moves into her new role, she will be succeeded by Stephen Jones. Jones is moving from his current role as UK Head of P&C Pricing, Claims, Product and Underwriting – a position he has held since February 2001 – to become UK P&C leader for WTC’s Insurance Consulting and Technology business.
“I am excited to be taking on this new role at a time when the rate of change for the insurance industry is unlike anything we’ve seen before,” said Richardson. “This brings with it new challenges, but also many new opportunities – particularly in the space of artificial iIntelligence and automation.”
