Willis Towers Watson Revamps Global Leadership

September 3, 2021

Global insurance broker Willis Towers Watson, which ended merger talks with rival Aon in July, announced a new global leadership team to “guide strategy, priorities, investments and engagement.”

John Haley, chief executive officer, said the new team “consists of voices across our geographies, segments and functions” and positions the firm to “compete vigorously and innovate quickly across our businesses around the world.”

The realignment comes a few weeks after the firm selected Carl Hess as its new president and next chief executive officer.
