Miller Bolsters Renewables Offering With 2 Hires From Willis

Miller, the London-based independent specialist re/insurance broker, announced the appointment of Ellie Fyfe and Kelly Stevens as account executive and account handler, respectively, in the Renewable Energy & Environmental Technology (REET) team. Both will be based in London and report into Rhys Newland, head of REET.

With over 17 years of experience in the insurance market, Fyfe joins from Willis Towers Watson where she worked in the Infrastructure team, focusing on renewable energy for five years. Over the course of her career, Fyfe has also held roles at Tokio Marine Kiln, WNS Assistance and QBE.

Stevens also joins from Willis Towers Watson’s Infrastructure team, where she focused on renewable energy, project financed projects and energy from waste. Prior to this, she worked as a regional broker for 20 years.

Both appointments come as Miller looks to build out its renewable energy offering, developing the new REET team to complement the work of the wider Energy and Power teams. Fyfe and Stevens will focus on the placement, servicing and renewals of renewable energy for retail and wholesale clients.
