UK Broker Aston Lark Acquires Mainstay Insurance

Aston Lark, the London-based insurance broker that is soon to become part of Howden, announced the acquisition of UK broker Mainstay Insurance.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2013 by Richard Gorrill and headquartered in Hove, England, Mainstay Insurance offers bespoke commercial insurance and risk management solutions, with particular specialisms in the leisure industry, property owners, and professional indemnity.
