CFS Insurance Agency, Inc. (CFS Insurance), a wholly owned subsidiary of Citizens Financial Services, FSB (Citizens), agreed to acquire Lundeberg Insurance Associates, Inc. (Lundeberg Insurance) of Highland, Indiana effective June 1, 2001.
Lundeberg Insurance specializes in commercial insurance products and has developed a diversified client base throughout Northwest Indiana during its 31 years in business. The existing operation in Highland will be moved to the headquarters of CFS Insurance.
CFS Bancorp Inc. is the parent holding company of Citizens, which operates 25 offices throughout adjoining markets in Chicago’s Southland and Northwest Indiana and provides investment as well as insurance services through its operating subsidiaries, CFS Insurance and CFS Investment Services Inc.
