The Public Risk Management Association (PRIMA) elected Tracy L. Dahl-Webb, a risk manager for the city of Brookings, S. D., as president of the association for 2002-2003. Dahl-Webb will take office in May at PRIMA’s annual convention in San Antonio, Texas.
In her current position for nine years, Dahl-Webb has held a dual role as the city of Brookings director of risk management and human resources.
Dahl-Webb is a charter member of the Iowa-Nebraska-South Dakota Chapter, PRIMA’s only tri-state chapter.
PRIMA members have also voted Bill Kostner of Lincoln, Neb., as Region III representative and James Huckaby of Mesquite, Texas as Region VI representative. In addition, Cindy Davis has been named acting Region II vice president.
