Ohio Casualty Corp will Webcast its annual shareholder meeting. The meeting will be held at 10:30 a.m., April 16, in the Ohio Casualty University Auditorium at the company’s Fairfield, Ohio, corporate headquarters, 9450 Seward Road.
The meeting will be hosted by Chairman of the Board Stanley N. Pontius and will feature the main speaker for the morning, CEO Dan R. Carmichael. Among the business items for this year’s meeting is the election of four directors for Class I, including two new directors.
The meeting is being Webcast by Vcall and can be accessed at Ohio Casualty’s Web site at www.ocas.com.
