Zurich N.A. Gets UHC Professional Liability Nod

Zurich North America, a leading property-casualty insurance company, was selected as a preferred hospital professional liability insurance provider by University HealthSystem Consortium (UHC), a group of the nation’s top 87 academic health centers.

In this capacity, the Schaumburg, Ill.-based member of the Zurich Financial Services Group will develop and offer insurance and risk management programs for UHC member organizations.

As a preferred provider, Zurich will also participate in various programs sponsored by UHC’s Insurance Council as well as by its Risk, Quality and In-house Attorney councils
