Old National Bancorp announced that it has closed the deal to acquire the James L. Will Insurance Agency Inc. of Evansville, Ind.. Old National is headquartered in Evansville.
James L. Will Insurance Agency, which focuses on commercial property and casualty as well as personal lines of insurance, will complement ONB Insurance Group, a subsidiary of Old National Bancorp. ONB Insurance Group is a key component of the Old National Signature Group, which brings together a spectrum of financial services including insurance, trust, investment services, mutual fund products and private client services, all under one umbrella.
The acquisition doubles ONB Insurance Group’s presence in the Evansville market. James L. Will Insurance Agency will maintain its name for an unspecified period of time and employees and offices will remain in the agency’s current building on West Franklin Street in Evansville.
