August 9, 2006

Akron, Ohio-based SeibertKeck Insurance Agency, Inc., has announced the appointment of Johanne Williams as its new chief operating officer. Williams will report to Craig Hassinger, president and Rich Hite, chief executive office.

As COO, Williams will oversee all agency operations, including human resources. She will be responsible for evolving the business processes and better utilizing existing personnel to increase customer satisfaction. Williams believes that greater efficiencies will allow the agency to accomplish the goals set by company leadership.

“In her role as COO, Johanne will work with our employees to enhance effective business practices and further streamline our operations,” said Hite. “Continually striving for increased efficiency allows our agency to provide top-quality service and enhanced products. We’re confident that Johanne will be able to help us continue to evolve and take our business to the next level.”

“The one thing we understand at SeibertKeck is that our clients work hard. They deserve an advocate on their side that works as hard for them as they work every day. My goal is to help our employees evaluate and implement processes that enable them to do their job better,” said Williams. “We have an outstanding group of dedicated people working for this company, and finding ways to help our staff work better for our clients is an exciting challenge for me.”

Williams most recently served as vice president of Operations at a large independent agency in Canton, Ohio. She also worked as a risk manager for the University of Akron. Williams received her C.P.C.U. Designation in 1995. She has served on the Board of the Insurance Women of Akron and the Independent Insurance Agents Association.
