The Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation has named Mary Cummins executive director of its Midwest division.
Cummins will be responsible for leading IICF’s philanthropic initiatives in the Midwestern region, including local nonprofit grant programs and the division’s annual series of fundraising, volunteer and networking events. She will also oversee the growth of IICF’s Ohio Chapter.
Cummins has more than 10 years of experience in the profit and nonprofit sectors. Prior to IICF, she spent five years with the Juvenile Protective Association in Chicago. Most recently she was a marketing manager at insurance broker Swett and Crawford.
IICF is an international nonprofit organization that operates four domestic divisions serving the Midwest, Northeast, Texas-Southeast and the Western United States, in addition to its London division. IICF is directed and funded by the insurance industry.
