DSP Insurance Services announced it has purchased another group of assets of Willis of Illinois’ Schaumburg office. The acquisition was finalized on Dec. 31, 2015.
Nancy Vatch and key staff personnel lead the team of professionals that are now part of DSP.
These individuals will significantly enhance DSP’s capabilities and service platform in its Employee Benefits Division.
The acquisition enhances the mission of DSP to act as a trusted and valued partner to clients while safely guiding them through the complexities of risk management, the company said.
