Morrissey Appointed Chief Information Officer at Oswald Companies

Cleveland, Ohio-based independent and employee-owned insurance brokerage and risk management firm, Oswald Companies, appointed Jennifer Morrissey to the position of chief information officer. She becomes the first person to hold this position in Oswald Companies 123-year-old history.

Morrissey is responsible for driving growth and sustainable operational excellence by means of data, digitalization and technology, to advance both the organization, and the valued clients it serves.

She joins Oswald with over 18 years of progressive experience directing the strategic information technology initiatives of global organizations. Her background includes more than nine years of insurance and risk management leadership with Willis Group Holdings (WSH).

At Willis, she led full-scale, information technology strategic initiatives in both the employee benefits and property and casualty divisions, holding titles including chief operating officer/managing director Global Employee Benefits, and managing director IT Strategy and Business Transformation.

Prior to Willis, she held similar leadership positions with Electronic Data Systems (EDS). She most recently served as the interim chief executive officer of a digital marketing startup agency in Nashville.
