Wholesale insurance broker and underwriting manager Burns & Wilcox has relocated and expanded its Minneapolis, Minnesota office, and appointed Tom O’Donnell as associate managing director.
The office, which focuses heavily on specialty Commercial and Personal insurance, will now be located at 150 South Fifth Street Towers, Suite 2650, Minneapolis, MN 55402.
O’Donnell previously served as a senior commercial underwriter for Burns & Wilcox in Scottsdale before moving to Minneapolis. O’Donnell will lead relationship management with current and potential regional clients, and the hiring and training of incoming talent.
The new location will serve as a recruiting point for the Burns & Wilcox Minneapolis office, which is dedicated to attracting millennial talent to the insurance industry. The office is an open concept format, complete with building amenities including: a wellness room and gym, bike ramps and corresponding storage rooms to encourage associates to travel green.
The office change is effective immediately. All office phone numbers will stay the same.
Burns & Wilcox is a member of H.W. Kaufman Group, which has over 60 offices across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom and employs more than 2,000 professionals.
