Jacobsen Joins Alliant’s Employee Benefits Group in Nebraska

Omaha, Nebraska-based benefits consultant Shane Jacobsen has joined Alliant Insurance Services Employee Benefits Group.

The company said the addition of Jacobsen will expand Alliant’s benefits footprint in Nebraska, providing clients with solutions that help them manage risks, drive down claims and boost organizational productivity.

With more than 20 years of benefits experience, Jacobsen has extensive expertise in healthcare financing and group disability coverage, deploying strategies that help clients from a range of industries improve their healthcare platforms and empower their employees. Jacobsen also has experience using sophisticated data analytics to preemptively identify large claims before they occur.

Prior to joining Alliant, Jacobsen was vice president within the Omaha office of a national insurance brokerage and employee benefits consulting firm where he created and oversaw the firm’s Clinical Nurse Advocate program and serviced a large portfolio of benefits clients.

Alliant Insurance Services is headquartered in Newport Beach, California.
