Church Mutual in Wisconsin Promotes Carter, Tribble

Church Mutual Insurance Co., based in Merrill, Wis., has promoted Bruce Carter to assistant vice president – Diversity & Inclusion and John Tribble to vice president – Customer Relationship and Business Development, a newly developed position.

Carter joined Church Mutual in 2018. He has a proven track record with Church Mutual, as he led the company to make fundamental changes in the way it recruits new talent, engages with diverse prospects and customers, and partners with diverse vendors and suppliers.

Carter earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in African American Studies and a Master of Arts degree in industrial relations, both from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities.

Tribble joined Church Mutual in 2016 and helped establish a vision and foundation for diversity and inclusion that the company still follows today. Additionally, he leveraged his education and industry experience to grow Church Mutual’s business and forge relationships with many key customers, including several historically Black colleges, universities and churches.

Tribble earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Liberty University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Baltimore. Within the insurance industry, he also holds his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and Casualty Claim Law Associate designations.
