Allied Solutions Promotes Bugalski to Executive Vice President

Allied Solutions has promoted Mark Bugalski to executive vice president (EVP) and chief growth officer. Bugalski most recently served as senior vice president and chief growth officer. Bugalski has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. He joined Allied Solutions in 2004 and began his career at Securian Financial.

Through 2023, Bugalski will partner with outgoing Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer David Underdale. Underdale plans to retire in December 2023 after nearly 40 years at Allied Solutions and Allied’s parent company, Securian Financial. Allied is headquartered in Carmel, Indiana.

H.W. Kaufman Group Elects Randazzo to Board of Directors

H.W. Kaufman Group, headquartered in Farmington Hills, Mich., elected Chris Randazzo to its board of directors.

Randazzo serves in an important advisory role to the Kaufman IT department and chair the board’s technology subcommittee, which will include Kaufman Chief Information Officer Rich Fusinski along with board members Dave VanEgmond, Danny Kaufman (Kaufman executive vice president and president, Burns & Wilcox) and Jodie Kaufman Davis (Kaufman executive vice president, president, Burns & Wilcox Canada and chief strategy officer, Atain).
