The St. Paul, headquartered in St. Paul, Minn., signed an agreement with The Independent Community Bankers of America to offer professional liability coverage for insurance agents and brokers to ICBA members.
The St. Paul Insurance Agent/Broker Professional Liability Program, available through the ICBA/St. Paul Insurance Program, is open to property/casualty and life/health professionals. It features limits of liability up to $30 million. Subject to certain limitations, the product provides coverage for the sale of mutual funds, annuities and variable life products that allow purchasers to select various investment vehicles and cash-out options. The product also provides coverage for personal and advertising injury. Defense costs are in addition to policy limits.
