Kemper Auto and Home, formerly Individual Family and Group (IFG) are adding a pair of training seminars to its roster.
To date, more than 3,000 new and existing agents have participated in the program since it was first introduced at the beginning of the year. The new training sessions will include an overview of IFG Worksource, the company’s agent web portal, and an introduction to Kemper Auto and Home’s products and services.
The new training programs this month include: IFG Worksource, providing an introduction to the Kemper Auto and Home agent web portal, and an overview of how to navigate the site and use its many features. It includes instruction on how to access agency manuals, initiate claim inquiries, order marketing brochures and print current declaration pages and copies of bills; Products & Services, recommended for both new and existing agents who would like to learn more about Kemper Auto and Home. It also includes insight into target markets, product descriptions, agency services, automation tools and Kemper Auto and Home employee contact information.
