Afni Insurance Services Partners with The AMS Users’ Group

December 11, 2002

Afni Insurance Services, a provider of customer care solutions for the industry, has formed a marketing partnership with the AMS Users’ Group (AMSUG). AMSUG, who previously endorsed Afni Insurance Services’ CSR24 product, is now a marketing partner positioned to aggressively promote CSR24 to its membership.

AMSUG responsibilities under the new agreement are to raise awareness of 24/7 service issues throughout the industry, and to promote CSR24 as the 24/7 solution to its members. The marketing agreement also provides significant pricing discounts on CSR24 to AMSUG members.

“The AMS Users’ Group has a long history of identifying products and services that add real value to our members. CSR24 is a service that delivers a range of benefits including improved customer service, increased process efficiencies and as a unique selling proposition to secure new business,” said Pam Parry, president of the AMS Users’ Group. “Our belief in the results of this product is evident in this unique marketing partnership. We are taking a step beyond endorsing a product to actively encouraging our members to utilize CSR24 and raise the customer service bar.”

Richard Roy, chairman and CEO of Afni Insurance Services, added “AMSUG, which has a membership of over 9,000 independent insurance agents, gives us an opportunity to work aggressively to streamline a standard approach to policyholder service issues. Furthermore, this agreement is a great opportunity for AMS Users’ Group members to access our products and services at very attractive rates.”
