idNET, dba Afni Insurance Services has launched a customer service intranet for its CSR24 customers.
The intranet creates 24/7 access to valuable materials, content and documentation, as well as provides powerful communication tools to enhance the CSR24 user experience.
On the intranet, CSR24 customers can find training and user documentation. They are also able to access user tips, customer success stories, as well as promotional materials for introducing their 24/7 service to their policyholders. Afni plans to release additional features periodically.
The intranet is built using Afni Insurance Services’ web-based application, Group-Glue. Group-Glue is a full-function intranet/extranet that allows groups to collaboratively work together by sharing information, schedules, and documents from anywhere the Internet reaches. In addition to using Group-Glue as a customer extranet, Afni Insurance Services also uses Group-Glue for its company-wide intranet.
“The customer intranet exemplifies our commitment to 24/7 service and to our customers,” commented Richard Roy, chairman and CEO of idNET Inc., dba Afni Insurance Services. “We have a variety of tools available to agents to help them not only use CSR24, but to help them promote the service to their policyholders. The intranet is a great way to make everything available to them in one convenient location.”
