Burns & Wilcox Promotes LaLonde to Manager, Insurance Solutions

James LaLonde has been promoted to manager of insurance solutions at Burns & Wilcox.

LaLonde previously served as an insurance solutions analyst II in the insurance solutions group of the IT department. He is the lead on several key projects, including SlipStream CGL Indication and he will continue to develop overall solutions to improve business efficiency.

LaLonde started with Burns & Wilcox in 2008 as an underwriter trainee with the KELP Program. He acted as an excess and umbrella underwriter for the special risk division and a commercial underwriter in the Michigan local office before joining the insurance solutions team.

Prior to joining Burns & Wilcox, he was an agent for Marsh USA. He has Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Surplus Lines (ASLI) designations.
