Specialized coverage now features additional insolvency options, revised rates, no minimum earned and a more flexible submission process. The program can accommodate agents writing specialized lines such as long haul trucking, medical malpractice and crop insurance.
Coverage still includes reputation protection, data privacy breach notification assistance and protection for exclusive independent contractors. Defense outside the limits, aggregate deductibles and first dollar defense are available options. Limits are available up to $5 million/$5 million.
Coverage is written on a claims-made and reported form by General Star Indemnity Co. or General Star National Insurance Co. Coverage is written on a non-admitted basis and available in all states except La., Alaska and Fla.
