CITA Insurance Services, a division of Brown & Brown Program Insurance Services Inc., has released a new Insurance Agents Errors & Omissions program. CITA’s new Agents E&O program features vanishing and capped deductibles, personal identity/cyber event coverage (first party), an 80/20 consent-to-settle provision, and many more optional enhancements.
The product also offers a lower deductible for E&O claims arising from business through an agency’s top carrier.
According to John Jasinski, chief marketing officer of Brown and Brown Program Insurance Services Inc., and executive vice president of CITA Insurance Services states the product was developed with American Alternative Insurance Corporation (AAIC) to facilitate the needs of insurance agencies of all shapes and sizes.
Claims administration is offered through Lancer Claims Services, a Division of Brown & Brown Program Insurance Services, Inc.
The new product is currently admitted in 47 states.
AAIC is domiciled in Delaware and is a subsidiary of the Munich Re America Corporation, a Delaware holding company. The company, headquartered in Princeton, NJ, is an admitted insurer in all fifty states and the District of Columbia.
