Willis Towers Watson Names 6 to Global FINEX Senior Leadership Team

Insurance broker and consultant Willis Towers Watson has made six senior appointments across its Global FINEX business, the company’s financial, executive and professional risk specialty group.

Jeremy Wall has been appointed chairman of Global FINEX and head of FINEX for all regions outside North America, where he will be responsible for direction and strategy across Great Britain, Western Europe, Latin America, Asia, Australasia, Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East. London-based Wall joined Willis Towers Watson in 2002 and previously served as head of FINEX in Great Britain.

Allison Barrett has been appointed global head of FINEX Financial Institutions, where she will be responsible for strategic direction of the company’s FINEX products and service offerings to its financial institutions portfolio. She will also lead a team of dedicated financial institution specialists across the globe. New York-based Barrett joined Willis Towers Watson in 2013 and previously served as FINEX Financial Institutions leader in North America.

Jonathan Brooks has been appointed global head of FINEX Client Insight & Innovation, Operational Strategy and Market Services. London-based Brooks will also serve on the Global FINEX leadership team, where he will contribute to the Global FINEX strategy across all lines of business and geographies. He joined Willis Towers Watson in 1998, serving in a variety of senior operations roles including, most recently, chief operations officer for Financial Lines in Great Britain.

Olivia Cooper has been appointed FINEX Great Britain regional leader, reporting to Wall, where she will be responsible for the company’s delivery of FINEX products and services to clients in this region. She will also serve as a member of the Global FINEX leadership team. London-based Cooper joined Willis Towers Watson in 2006 and previously served as the FINEX Asia regional leader based in Singapore.

Anthony Dagostino has been appointed global head of Cyber Risk, responsible for the company’s global cyber strategy. He will also focus on developing an integrated cyber risk management proposition for clients. New York-based Dagostino joined Willis Towers Watson in 2016 and previously served as FINEX Cyber/Errors and Omissions practice leader in North America.

Ken Ross has been appointed to serve on the Global FINEX leadership team. New York-based Ross, who was recently appointed leader of the company’s FINEX North America business, will contribute to Willis Towers Watson’s go-to-market strategy while ensuring North America FINEX clients have access to the company’s global resources.
