Willis Towers Watson Names Faber as Corporate Risk, Broking Chief Operating Officer

Global insurance broker Willis Towers Watson has appointed Alexis Faber as chief operating officer within its Corporate Risk and Broking segment. Faber will transition from her current role as global head of Financial Lines.

In this newly created role, Faber will be responsible for delivering the company’s operating model within Corporate Risk and Broking as well as implementing a consistent client experience across the segment from sales to claims. In creating a standardized client engagement strategy, Faber will partner with the company’s Risk & Analytics business to ensure that Willis Towers Watson’s analytical models remain core to any offering. She will also work closely with line of business leaders globally to optimize client products and solutions as well as service delivery across all geographies within Corporate Risk and Broking.

Faber joined Willis Towers Watson in 2003 and has 17 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry. She has held a variety of leadership roles, including co-head of Financial Lines and leader of the company’s North America FINEX business.

Based in Memphis, Faber will report to Todd Jones, global head of Corporate Risk and Broking.
