Insurance Journal is once again seeking independent agency owners, principals, producers, CSRs — the entire agency — to participate in its annual independent insurance agency salary survey for publication in Insurance Journal magazine.
The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete. All survey responses and information will remain confidential. The deadline to participate is Feb. 5
Nearly 1,000 agency owners, producers and agency staff participated in the 2020 Agency Salary Survey, which found a slight upward trend in total compensation for most agency positions.
