Team Insurance Group headquartered in Tulsa, Okla., announced the appointment of Brad Pfeiffer as vice president – senior client executive.
Pfeiffer’s experience encompasses all facets of the industry. Prior to joining Team, Pfeiffer was with International Insurance Brokers Ltd., a professional risk-management and insurance brokerage firm in Tulsa. Before that, he served as vice president with Lockton Companies of Colorado. Previously, he was with Marsh Management Services Ltd., in Bermuda, where he served as vice president and senior insurance officer.
“We asked Brad to join Team because of his experience with sophisticated risk-management solutions,” said Paul Fredette, executive vice president of Team. “He brings a depth of experience negotiating with insurance companies to deliver cost-effective risk-management solutions, including captive solutions, large deductibles and self-insured retentions, as well as traditional risk transfer.”
Team’s growth strategy includes acquiring insurance agencies; recruiting established agents and purchasing their books of business; recruiting high-impact salespeople, and becoming the region’s employer of choice. Additionally, Team’s plan includes leveraging the geographic banking system of its parent, Team Financial Inc., a $640 million, publicly traded financial services company
