Dallas-based RG America Inc. announced that William Fink was selected as the chief operating officer (COO) of RG Insurance Services Inc. where he will be responsible for the agency’s day-to-day operations and managing the sales activities.

“Mr. Fink is a great addition to our team. He is a 23-year financial industry veteran who brings not only experience but the proven ability to grow and diversify our book of business. The success of our agency is a high company priority because not only is it a profit center but as it grows it will also supply the essential infrastructure for the implementation of several of our new targeted financial services for the multi-family and commercial real estate sectors,” commented Rick Nelson, president of RG America.

“We are excited about adding securities to the financial services we offer our clients. As we prepare to support several product initiatives by RG America, we strongly believe that our expanded portfolio of services and products will drive bottom line growth as well as long term renewal income streams,” Fink said.

RG Insurance Services is aggressively expanding both its personal and commercial insurance lines. Additional producers have been hired and the agency is pursuing several new sources of revenue while continuing to focus on the personalized attention, great customer service and market responsiveness that comes with being an independent agent.

RG America is a family of companies offering construction/restoration and financial services and products primarily to the multi-family housing industry. RG Restoration Inc. specializes in reconstructing multi-family and commercial properties damaged by fire, flood, hail or wind.

RG Insurance Services Inc. is a full lines insurance agency. It will be the general agency for a proprietary property and casualty insurance product called PropertySMART that delivers improved service and true cost savings to the multi-family housing industry. RG America also sells several financial services to the multi-family housing market including the innovative Rent Shield program.

Editor’s note: William Fink is not to be confused with Bill Fink, president of Delta General Agency Corp.
