MHBT Appoints Ginn as Vice President in Property/Casualty Group

McQueary Henry Bowles Troy L.L.P. (MHBT) announced the appointment of Linda Ginn as vice president and account executive in the property and casualty group in the firm’s Dallas office.

“Linda brings to the MHBT team more than 27 years of solid expertise in the property and casualty arena, particularly in the restaurant/hospitality industry,” said Bill Henry, chairman and CEO of MHBT. “She has an unparalleled record of client relations skills and superior management expertise, and we look forward to the contributions Linda will make on behalf of our clients.”

Ginn joins MHBT with extensive property and casualty insurance experience in the restaurant program industry, dedicating 22 years specifically to providing insurance coverage to McDonald’s franchise restaurants countrywide, including overseeing a national McDonald’s property and casualty program. Throughout the course of her career, Ginn has also insured other fast food businesses such as Pizza Inn (corporate and franchise), Burger King, Wendy’s and Grandy’s.

Prior to joining MHBT, Ginn served as vice president of RMS of Texas Inc. Before that position, she worked for seven years with Bell Insurance Group and 18 years with Morris, Temple & Co. Ginn maintains a General Lines Property and Casualty license; Life, Accident, Health and HMO license; and a Surplus Lines license.

Ginn is also extremely involved in the professional and business communities, including serving as past vice president of the Texas Association of McDonald’s Owner Operators’ non-subscriber program.
