Oklahoma Insurance Commissioner John D. Doak has appointed Ron Kreiter as deputy general counsel at the Oklahoma Insurance Department (OID).
Kreiter previously worked at the OID from 1980-1987 as an assistant commissioner and staff attorney. He brings with him more than 40 years of experience in both the regulatory and business sides of insurance.
Kreiter’s career has included stints at the Oklahoma State Insurance Fund, Kentucky Department of Insurance, Kelco Inc., AVS Underwriting LLC and Asset Servicing Group where he held the position of compliance counsel and forensic fraud analyst.
