The Independent Insurance Agents of Houston announced that IIAH Executive Director Carole Shelton has decided to retire from her position effective March 15th.
Shelton has played a major role in the organization for over three decades, serving as a guiding hand, thoughtful voice and keen business manager, IIAH said.
