Digital Adds Benefits Partners

Atlanta-based Digital Insurance Inc. signed agreements with five additional employee benefits brokers to handle the day-to-day service and sales of a portion of their small group benefits business.

These new partners are Acordia, New York City; Brown & Brown, Naples, Fla.; Lockton Companies, Denver, Colo.; J. Rolfe Davis, Orlando, Fla.; and CCA Consulting, Reston, Va.

Under the agreements, Digital Insurance will serve as an extension of the small business unit of these brokers to enhance service levels and sell to the brokers’ prospects.

Over the last 12 months, 24 brokers have partnered with Digital Insurance to leverage their Customer Care Center. This center includes an integrated technology platform for the management of benefits business with licensed account managers specializing in health insurance solutions both regionally and nationally.

In addition to its Customer Care Center and technology platform, Digital Insurance provides each small business client with an account management team. These teams, consisting of an account manager, broker support specialist and sales consultant, follow a customer focused process designed to proactively reach out to each customer at least six times per year and assist them in a variety of ways including the renewal process.
