Vesta Insurance Group Inc. of Birmingham, Ala. announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend for the period ending December 31, 2002 of $0.025 per share on the company’s common stock at its meeting on February 24, 2003.
The dividend is payable on March 25, 2003 to shareholders of record on March 7, 2003.
