Digital Insurance Forges Agreements with Assurex Global Partners

Atlanta-based Digital Insurance Inc. announced it has signed agreements with three Assurex Global-affiliated employee benefits brokerage firms to handle the day-to-day service and sales of a portion of their small group benefits business.

These new Assurex partners are Lipscomb & Pitts Insurance LLC in Memphis, Tenn., T.J. Adams Group in Lombard, Ill., and Van Gilder Insurance Corp. in Denver, Colo.

Under these partnership agreements, Digital Insurance will serve as an extension of the small business unit of these benefits brokers to enhance service levels and sell to the brokers’ prospects.

In its Customer Care Center, Digital Insurance provides each small business client with a dedicated account management team consisting of an account manager, account coordinator and sales consultant. These teams follow a customer-focused process designed to proactively reach out to each client at least six times per year and assist them in a variety of ways including the renewal process.
