eNucleus Inc., a next generation application company that delivers proprietary software solutions via license and managed hosting for
the insurance and financial services industries, middle market healthcare, education and distribution, announced that they have completed a licensing agreement with Ferguson Marketing Group who in conjunction with FORUM Benefits of America will provide the eNucleus benefits administration platform to the AFL-CIO’s 240,000 employees throughout Florida.

The eNucleus platform delivers technology that integrates all aspects of employee benefit management from enrollment through billing reconciliation and processing. The program will be accessible to employees both online, as well as off-line for users that do not have internet access.

In addition to reportedly simplifying employee enrollment and improving employee communications regarding their benefits and eligibility, the benefits administration platform will improve efficiency and reduce billing inaccuracies. Currently, 30-39 percent of all corporate payroll expenses are reportedly benefit related costs.

Under the terms of the three-year agreement eNucleus (www.eNucleus.com) will receive a licensing fee ranging from $75,000 to $125,000 annually.
