ArcroSoft Corp. of Columbia, S.C. has joined in an alliance with Kanbay Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kanbay International Inc. a global IT services firm. The agreement enables both companies to jointly market software and IT services to international insurance markets.
Under the agreement, Kanbay will market and sell to its clients AcroSoft’s Insurance Content Management (ICM) solution, which includes content management, electronic imaging, and workflow management capabilities. Also in the agreement, AcroSoft will market and sell Kanbay’s consulting and technical services to its customers.
“Kanbay provides integration services in the insurance market utilizing electronic imaging, document management, and workflow solutions for our clients,” Francis Albin, Kanbay’s head of strategic alliances said. “Kanbay’s alignment with AcroSoft provides a key part of this end-to-end solution for the insurance industry. Our mutual customers will benefit from this exceptional alignment of technology and services.”
