More than 100 independent insurance agents are expected to visit the North Carolina capitol during the May 16-17 Agency Management and Technology Conference sponsored by the Independent Insurance Agents of North Carolina at the McKimmon Center in Raleigh.
“This year’s conference should prove to be the best yet,” Bo Walker, IIANC president said. “The speakers are the top leaders of their industries.”
Topics discussed will include: Best practices, agency automation; Department of Insurance audits; scanning; imaging and document management; mergers and acquisitions; Errors and Omissions depositions; customer service; HR compliance; sales coaching; and health savings accounts.
