American Express P/C to Use BrightClaim Processing System

American Express Property Casualty Companies have selected BrightClaim Inc. to improve the timeliness, quality and efficiency of claim services provided to their policyholders.

AMEX will use ClaimsCore, BrightClaim’s solution for centralized claims processing, monitoring and administration in combination with BrightNET, a nationwide network of credentialed independent adjusting firms which can be accessed through one centralized source. Schedule C, a complete solution for all personal and commercial property contents inventories will also be used on selected assignments.

“We’ve worked closely with AMEX Property Casualty Companies to develop a package of services that will respond directly to their needs,” John McLaughlin, BrightClaim vice president said.
