Disaster Response Team, based in Panama City, Fla. will be the southeast representative of Disaster Kleenup International Inc. a Bensenville, Ill.-based independent property damage restoration contractor.
DKI has a 24-hour call center and used DIAMOND claims tracking technology to enhance service to insurance and corporate customers.
DRT staff members will participate in DKI training seminars and workshops to remain abreast of changes and trends in the rapidly evolving restoration industry.
In addition to DKI’s claims technologies and training programs, DRT may also leverage the Disaster Kleenup brand for marketing, participate in the large loss claims and co-operative buying programs and leverage DKI’s national and regional corporate marketing initiatives.
