Neace Lukens Hires Nurse as Corporate Lead for Wellness Programs

Neace Lukens Insurance, of Louisville, Ky., has hired Jennifer Graff as the corporate lead of its health and productivity division in its Louisville, Ky., office. In this role, Jennifer will be responsible for designing and implementing employee-based wellness programs for Neace Lukens’ corporate employee benefits customers.

Jennifer brings more than five years of experience in the insurance, healthcare and nursing industries.

Prior to joining Neace Lukens, the 26th largest insurance broker in the U.S., Jennifer served as an independent wellness consultant (IWC) for Maverick Insurance, a subsidiary of Neace Lukens.

In that previous role, Jennifer was able to successfully create and implement long-term health and wellness programs for the city governments of New Albany, Jeffersonville and Clarksville in southern Indiana, as well as Crown Point in northwest Indiana.

As a resident of New Albany, Ind., Jennifer is actively involved with the board of directors for the Greater Louisville Young Men’s Christian Association (YMCA), the executive board of directors for the Wellness Council of Indiana, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Indiana Obesity Task Force and the Indiana Diabetes Advisory Council. She is a licensed practical nurse in the state of Indiana.
