Montgomery Insurance Co. Regional Vice President Nancy Newmister has been named the Independent Insurance Agents of North Carolina’s (IIANC) Company Professional of the Year.
The award was presented to Newmister during the IIANC’s annual conference held recently in Asheville.
IIANC President Charlotte Hicks presented the Company Professional of the Year award to Newmister for the “outstanding support she and Montgomery Insurance have shown North Carolina independent agents during the past year.”
“It’s very gratifying to receive this award as it reflects the consistency in strong agency relationships that all of us strive for at Montgomery Insurance,” Newmister said.
Montgomery Insurance operates in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
Newmister joined Montgomery Insurance in 2002, and has been the regional vice president for the North Carolina and South Carolina region since April of 2007. Under her leadership, Montgomery Insurance has been recognized by the IIANC’s Young Agents as Company of the Year for three consecutive years.
