Nashville-Based Alternative Service Concepts Makes 2 Promotions

Alternative Service Concepts (ASC), a national workers’ compensation and property and casualty third party claims administrator (TPA), has promoted Tammy Moore and Jeff Logsdon to company assistant vice president.

Promoted from the positions of claim manager, Logsdon and Moore will be responsible for managing multiple ASC claim offices, and partnering with clients.

Logsdon will be based in Louisville, Ky., and Moore in Nashville. Both will report to COO Pam Finch.

Moore joined the organization in 1998 where she began serving as a claim adjuster promoted to claim supervisor then claim manager. She brings 28 years of claims risk management experience to this role working for companies such as Dollar General Corporation, Willis Corroon, and the ITT-Hartford Group.

Logsdon joined the organization in 2011 where he began serving as a claim supervisor promoted to claim manager. He brings more than 18 years of claims experience to this role beginning as a claim adjuster for Meridian Insurance followed by AIG, Underwriters Safety & Claims, and Nationwide Insurance.
